You have the option to cancel an order within the first 30 minutes of order placement. Visit "Your Orders" in the "Your Houzz" section of your profile and select the “Cancel Order” button.
- Select a reason for your cancellation and provide additional comments.
- Click Submit.
This cancellation will be processed immediately and you will receive an email confirmation that your order has been canceled. Please keep in mind that pending charges may take up to 7 business days to be removed from your account.
If for any reason the “Cancel Order” option is not available under “Your Orders”, please contact support.houzz.com to request cancellation. Please note it is not guaranteed that the order can be canceled at this point.
