We aren’t able to update the billing address on your order once it has been placed. If your billing address needs to be updated, the order should be cancelled, and replaced.
If your order was placed within 30 minutes you can cancel and replace your order by accessing the “Your Houzz” section of your profile.
- Click on "Your purchases."
- Select “Cancel Order” from the purchase in question.
