Returns and Replacements

Houzz provides a storefront for sellers who sell their products through our website, in addition to products sold directly by Houzz. Though we try to work with each seller to adhere to the standard Houzz policies for shipping, returns, and damages, these policies are set by the individual seller and can vary significantly between them.

Return, damage and warranty policies can be found on the individual product pages, as well as in the shipping confirmation email. This email is sent when an order is shipped so that customers can be informed throughout the process about their options.

Many of the products listed for sale on our site require restocking fees and/or return shipping to be paid by the customer in the event of a return.  

We are unable to deviate from these policies, so it's important that you check an individual product's policies before placing your order or requesting a return.  Click on the "View return policy" link on any product page to view the individual vendor's policies.This can be found on the right hand side of the product listing under “Seller and Shipping Information.”

To submit a return or replacement, log in to your account to access the “Your Houzz” section of your profile  (found in the upper right hand corner). Select "Your Orders" and submit a request by selecting the “Return or Replace” button on the order that you would like to return. You will receive an email confirmation that your request has been submitted.
