How do I update my credit card?

We are unable to update your credit card on an order once it has been placed. If your order was placed within 30 minutes you can cancel and replace your order.

  • You can cancel your order by accessing the “Your Houzz” section of your profile.
  • Click on "Your purchases."
  • Select “Cancel Order” from the purchase in question.
