I do not have UPCs - can I still publish products?
  • If your products do not have UPCs please email shopify@houzz.com to let us know. Please provide a link to your product selection. Once we confirm that you do not have UPCs you can apply 'N/A' to the UPC field.

Can I connect other apps to my Houzz listings? 

  • No, Houzz is currently only compatible with our Houzz Shopify App.
How do I process a refund?
  • If a customer request a refund, email orders@houzz.com for the payment to be submitted. 

I have a question about an order - who can I contact? 

  • The Houzz Customer Support team supports your orders and our mutual customers. If you or your customers have any questions about or issues with an order, please email orders@houzz.com and an agent will be in touch with you.

How often should I respond to Houzz customer messages? 

  • We require a 24 hour response time, including weekends.
  • Please note, merchants are strictly prohibited from using customer email addresses to contact or remarket to the customer after the order is complete. Please use the Houzz messaging tool located in Seller Central to communicate with customers.
