Canceling an Order
A customer wishing to cancel an order can send you a message on Houzz. You will receive an email indicating you have a message from a customer. Please respond using the Houzz messaging system and work out the details of the cancellation. Timely responses to cancellation requests directly impact your seller score.
- If the order is already in process, you will need to notify Houzz Customer Support to cancel the order. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the details of the cancellation.
- If the order has not been processed, you are able to cancel it from Seller Central by clicking the “Cancel Order” button from the Manage Orders page. You do not need to contact Houzz Customer Support if you cancel an order this way.
